New York State has began their newly updated partial unemployment system.
The new systems will determine how much a person gets based on how many hours they worked in a week.
The system is geared toward people who were working full time and are now working part time at 30 hours or less per week and not making over $504 per week.

For ten or less hours, there is no reduction. Over 31 hours there will be no unemployment.
