Geneva man faces felony charge after possessing knife, planning to use it against another

Police arrested a Geneva man on a felony weapons charge after an investigation in the city.

The Geneva Police Department arrested Theodore Francis Jr., 50, of Geneva for felony criminal possession of a weapon.


He’s accused of possessing a knife and intending to use it against another person.

He had previously been convicted of a crime, according to police.
