Police arrested a 64-year-old following an incident at the Camelot Court Apartments.
Lorenzo Knight, 64, of Canandaigua was charged with harassment after the incident.
While details were not revealed, police said in a news release that Knight had contact with another person and described it as a physical altercation.
He was issued an appearance ticket for harassment and will answer the charge at a later date.
