Deputies report the arrest of a Walworth man following an investigation and traffic stop in the town of Macedon on Tuesday.
Jeremy Groh, 39, of Walworth is accused of being involved in a disturbance on Canandaigua Road. He was located by deputies after the incident where a traffic stop was initiated.
According to investigators, Groh forced entry into a female victim’s residence after being told he was not welcomed there. He then pushed and grabbed the woman.
Deputies say Groh was taken into custody and found to be intoxicated. A chemical test yielded a 0.16% BAC. He was charged with DWI, operating with a suspended registration, harassment, and criminal trespass.
The charges will be answered at a later date. The victim did not suffer any serious injuries, according to deputies.
