The Penn Yan Police Department reports the arrest of a Branchport woman following a civilian complaint for a driver who was passed out in a vehicle.
Police say Tegan Charbonneau, 32, of Branchport was found exhibiting signs of intoxication- and placed through a series of standard field sobriety tests.
She failed them and was placed under arrest. Police say Charbonneau submitted to a blood draw at a local hospital.
She was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and issued an appearance ticket.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
