The Café 108 opened in Auburn during the pandemic, but was able to be successful despite challenges.
The business survived on take out and deliveries when everything was forced to close down and has since opened.
Everything they offer is made either fresh in-house or from local businesses like their bread, eggs and coffee.
All of the proceeds that the café makes go to support the Auburn Public Theater.
The Theater has been open since 2006 and works to provide educational programs to anyone who would like to benefit from them.
