One person faces assault and child endangerment charges after an investigation into a motorcycle-tractor crash that happened in West Bloomfield last month.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 34-year-old Lima man following a crash that happened on June 22.
Blake Pickett, 34, of Lima was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and assault after the crash, which happened in West Bloomfield.
The accident resulted in serious injuries to a juvenile male who was riding on Pickett’s motorcycle as he attempted to pass a farm tractor.
The child has since been released from Golisano Children’s Hospital but will require additional medical treatment due to the extent of the injuries sustained in that wreck.
Pickett was issued appearance tickets returnable to West Bloomfield Town Court.
