Bassmasters released its 2022 schedule and Cayuga Lake was not on it.
The Elite Series is planning to return to the St. Lawrence River and the Thousand Islands region between July 14 and 17 of 2022.
Cayuga Lake has hosted Bassmaster Elite tournaments in 2014, 2016, and 2019. The lake was scheduled to host a tournament in 2020 but was cancelled due to the pandemic’s travel restrictions.
The series for 2022 will begin next year on February 10 in Florida and stay in the South until May.
All sites are currently announced for each date except June 2-5 which will be announced in the coming weeks.
