Tuesday night’s Brewers-Mets game at Citi Field has been postponed due to rain. It will be made up as part of a split doubleheader on Wednesday at 2:10 p.m. and 7:10 p.m. ET.
With ace Jacob deGrom scheduled to pitch against first-place Milwaukee, the Mets were hopeful that play could begin Tuesday night after a large thunderstorm passed through the area, but ultimately the weather never cleared up enough, and the game was postponed.
