Canandaigua man charged with assault after cutting person during dispute

Police report the arrest of a 64-year-old Canandaigua resident following an incident on Camelot Drive.

Collisteen Reaves, 64, was charged with second-degree assault after cutting another person with a knife during an argument.


Reaves was arrested and turned over to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.

The victim was treated for minor lacerations at F.F. Thompson Hospital and released.

The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
