On Saturday the Downtown Auburn Saturday Market opened for its third season at the Auburn NY Visitor Center.
Taste NY and Cornell Cooperative Extension work hold the event in partnership to help connect visitors and the community with regionally sourced goods.
The market will have activities and feature new programming this year in partnership with the National Park Service which will include a “Storytelling Bench” and “Walk in Tubman’s Footsteps” tours.
The market is held rain or shine weekly and is scheduled for Saturdays through Labor Day weekend. The market will be closed Saturday, July 3.
