Police say a Penn Yan resident was arrested following an unruly customer complaint at a local business.
Tino Rivas, 48, of Penn Yan was charged with second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment after allegedly threatening an employee with a pocket knife.
The threat was made during a dispute over services.
Rivas was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
