New York State has loosened some restrictions as it relates to hosting large events like weddings and parties.
The main change is that ‘dance zones’ will not be required, as they were before with events of more than 50 people.
Now, event organizers can allow dancing- with masks and others safety protocols in place at those larger events.
Some venues had instituted colored wristbands to keep guests from dancing together.
In some cases, negative test results or proof of vaccination will still be required.
