The Ithaca Police Department says they are investigating a shooting that occurred at a residence in the 10 block of South Plain Street.
Officers responded to the area on Friday around 11:30 p.m. and began searching for potential victims, witnesses, and evidence.
They found one subject who had been shot directly- and another who was grazed by a bullet.
Emergency care was rendered to the victims, with one of them being transported to a regional trauma center with non-life threatening injuries.
The other person was treated on-scene and released. The investigation is ongoing.
