Deputies report the arrest of a 64-year-old Lyons driver following an incident at the intersection of Arcadia Zurich Norris Rd. and Zurch Rd.
Arnold Queor, 64, of Lyons was charged with felony DWI, felony DWI with a BAC over 0.08%, failure to stop, speed not reasonable, and driving without an interlock device.
Deputies say Queor was located at the intersection of the two roads after being involved in a one-car crash. Investigators found his BAC to be 0.14%.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will answer all of the charges at a later date in local court.
