Police say a Newark man was taken into custody on a felony charge after an investigation into a robbery that happened on East Miller St.
On February 2 around 10 p.m. police were notified of a robbery that happened at 200 East Miller St.
Police say that upon investigation, which included interviews of the victim and witnesses – a person of interest was developed.
Police say they also used surveillance footage to identify the individual.
As result, Donald Parker, 43, of Newark was charged with third-degree robbery, a felony.
He was arraigned and will answer the charge at a later date.
