Police arrested a 45-year-old Penfield man following an incident in the city of Geneva.
On January 14th at 12:33 p.m. police took Fontaine Brooks, 45, of Penfield into custody on a felony strangulation charge.
Brooks is accused of causing physical injury during an incident. He was taken into custody and will answer the charges at a later date.
