The Auburn Police Department says it’s investigating a report of shots fired in the area of the Oak Creek Town Homes.
On January 4th around 2:40 a.m. APD was called to the area of the T-Building at the Oak Creek Town Homes for a shots fired complaint.
Upon arrival it was determined that several rounds were fired and struck various structures and vehicles in the area.
Police say it was also determined that a male, who was not identified in a press release, was struck by a bullet
The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Upstate University Hospital. He has since been released, according to police.
