New York State Police have released the identities of those involved in the double-fatal, three-vehicle crash that happened at the intersection of Pre-Emption Road and State Route 5&20 in Geneva.
Troopers said John Hobart, 63, and Charlena Foster, 63, both of Tully were killed when their motorcycle was struck by a drunk driver, who turned left in front of them.
Both were ejected and suffered fatal injuries in the collision.
Meanwhile, troopers said in the update that Isma Ballesteros Cisneros, 24, of Geneva had been charged with two counts of vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated.
They noted that the investigation remains open and active.

New York State Police are investigating a double-fatal crash that happened at the intersection of State Route 5&20 and County Road 6 in Geneva.
Police said a westbound passenger vehicle attempted a left-turn onto County Road 6 and turned into the path of an eastbound motorcycle with two occupants.
Both were ejected and later pronounced dead at the scene at Geneva General Hospital.
The names of the deceased are not being released until all family has been notified, police said.
The operator of the westbound passenger vehicle, was transported to Thompson Hospital for minor injuries.
Police did not identify the person driving that vehicle, but noted that they were arrested for driving while intoxicated.
The Ontario County District Attorney’s office is involved.
A third vehicle was involved in the crash, but was not seriously damaged. No passengers were injured inside it.
