The Cayuga County Legislature has made a decision on its highway superintendent position.
It’s been vacant since 2017-18.
The Auburn Citizen reports that Brian Soper was appointed to the position with a four-year term.
He’s been the highway superintendent in the town of Sterling since 2012.
