The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the investigation of a crash that happened in the area of Weigert Road and Brownsville Road in Farmington.
It happened on Tuesday around 6 a.m.
Deputies say Justin Mosley, 27, of Williamson was traveling south on Weigert Road when his vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
Traffic was reduced to one lane between Brownsville and Yahn roads while deputies investigated. Mosley was treated at the scene and transported to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
He was cited for unreasonable speed and for not wearing a seatbelt.
