Deputies in Seneca County report the arrest of a 24-year-old on a forcible touching charge following an investigation into an incident in Interlaken.
Phillip Humphries, 24, was charged with one count of forcible touching after an incident at a residence in Interlaken.
Deputies say Humphries touched the intimate parts of a victim without their consent.
He was arraigned and released. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
