Tessy Plastics is growing as it prepares to begin manufacturing COVID-19 test kits in Cayuga County.
The purchase doesn’t include the south side of the plaza, which includes the movie theater, Big Lots, and Tractor Supply Co., stores.
It was purchased for $1 million in June. It was assessed for $943,800 in 2019.
The purchase was said to assist with the company’s growing business. Workers have been busy at the site over the last two weeks.
