Police arrested a 52-year-old Seneca Falls man following an investigation into a June assault.
Joseph Davis, 52, is accused of pushing another person onto the ground and then kicking that person int he chest multiple times causing life-threatening injuries.
During that altercation he also intentionally damaged property belonging to another person.
The victim of the assault was airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital on June 28th and later released.
Davis was charged with felony assault and criminal mischief. He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and will answer the charges at a later date.
