Two charged after leaving child unattended inside car at Canandaigua plaza

Police report the arrest of two Bath residents in the city of Canandaigua following a complaint that a young child had been lift inside a vehicle unattended.

The incident occurred at a parking lot on Parkway Plaza on June 26th around 8 p.m.

Police say Mary Harper, 28, and Anthony D’Angelo, 24, both of Bath were charged with endangering the welfare of a child after the incident.


Officers located the young child, who was unattended in the vehicle and waited for a period of time before the two returned to the parking lot from shopping at the business.

The two were charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
