The Finger Lakes and Central New York have entered ‘Phase 4’. While other states and parts of the U.S. see massive spikes in COVID-19 caseload – the regions in Upstate New York continue on a positive trend line.
For the Finger Lakes and Central New York – museums and educational institutions have reopened.
Other industries – like malls, casinos, and gyms were supposed to be included in Phase 4, but did not get approval from New York State.
Governor Andrew Cuomo said that guidance would come in the next several weeks.
