The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a 27-year-old man following a reported disturbance on Bristol Street.
Officers say Harrell Curry Jr., 37, of Canandaigua was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, after engaging in a verbal argument with a person who’s a protected party in a court order.
The court order was active at the time of the incident, which resulted in the contempt charge.
That charge will be answered at a later date in City Court.
