A Romulus man was arrested on several charges after a property damage crash this week.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on April 4th around 1 p.m. deputies arrested Ellias Lynd, 40, of Romulus following a property damage accident on State Route 89.
Deputies say Lynd struck another vehicle and left the scene. He was found a short time later and following investigation was determined to be in an intoxicated condition.
Lynd was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, felony DWI, felony aggravated DWI, and issued appearance tickets.
Deputies say Lynd had a BAC over .18 at the time of the crash.
