Seneca County Offices close at noon due to snow storm

County Manager Mitch Rowe says County offices and facilities will be shutting down at noon due to weather.

Essential personnel will remain in place as winter storm operations continue, he said in a press release.

Residents are encouraged to call 911 for any emergency.

Those with questions can direct them to County Manager Rowe.
