Police arrested a 51-year-old Penn Yan man following an investigation into a physical altercation.
Timothy Bennett, 51, is accused of subjecting another person to unwanted physical contact during an incident in the village.
Bennett was taken into custody without incident. He was charged with harassment.
Police say he was arraigned and released.
