Deputies say that they were called to 4481 Middle Road in the town of Gorham for a one-car rollover accident around 2:10 a.m.
First responders were called to the scene after a vehicle was reported on its roof.
They say a single passenger was trapped inside and unable to get out.
The operator, identified as 25-year-old Matthew Harris, of Rushville was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
Deputies say that Harris was not injured in the crash, and was helped from the vehicle by Crystal Beach Fire Department.
Canandaigua Ambulance responded to the scene, and checked Harris over.
