Police say a Union Springs man was arrested on several charges following a traffic stop on Lake Street in the village of Penn Yan.
Ethan Gerow, 24, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, obstructed view, criminal possession of hypodermic instrument, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He’s accused of driving on a suspended license due to unpaid child support and failure to answer a summons out of Addison, New York.
A search of Gerow’s vehicle revealed that he was in possession of needles, and suspected concentrated cannabis.
He was transported to the Yates County Jail. Pending lab testing – a criminal possession of a controlled substance will be filed, according to deputies.
