The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on November 15th and 20th deputies made a pair of arrests as part of a drug investigation.
Mark M. Mazzoli, 56, of Seneca Falls was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, both class B Felonies.
On November 20th deputies charged Felicia F. Cesarini, 56, of Seneca Falls with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, both Class B Felonies.
It is alleged that Mazzoli and Cesarini sold Oxycodone to another person in October while in the Village of Waterloo.
Both Mazzoli and Cesarini have been released on their own recognizance and are due back in court at a later date.
