The man who admitted to causing the deaths of a young Sodus mother and her son has pleaded guilty to federal charges.
Last week, Everardo Donoteo-Reyes, who is also known as Alberto Ebarado Gutierre-Reyes, 27, pleaded guilty last week in Wayne County to two counts of manslaughter.
Monday, federal prosecutors say he pleaded guilty to possession of a counterfeit social security card and alien registration card, as well as illegal reentry after deportation.
Federal prosecutors say Donoteo-Reyes had been arrested in Louisiana in 2016, as well as in March 2017 in Texas. He was told following both occasions he could not reenter the country.
