Naples woman faces felony charge after vandalizing 9/11 memorial

A Naples woman was arrested in connection with the vandalism investigated by the Geneva Police Department.

The City’s 9/11 memorial was temporarily damaged with spray paint. The paint has since been cleaned from the memorial, but the accused is also said to have damaged another memorial in the city.

Laura DiCampli, 31, of Naples was charged with criminal mischief, a felony. The second memorial damaged was also cleaned up.

DiCampli was held at the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
