A Wayne County man has been charged with DWI after deputies say he was driving with a BAC of more than twice the legal limit at the time of a crash last month.
Matthew Diaz, 23, was arrested Tuesday stemming from a crash on April 7 in which a vehicle hit a barn Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies say.
Tests were conducted on a blood sample taken from Diaz at the scene, deputies say. The results reportedly indicated he had a BAC of .18 percent.
