A Waterloo woman was ticketed for driving with a suspended license after an Oct. 31 traffic stop on Wagener Street in Penn Yan.
Penn Yan police said they observed Ann Marie Arnold, 67, driving while her New York driver’s license was suspended.
Officers stopped her vehicle and issued a traffic ticket requiring her to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
