StarShine will return to Penn Yan's historic downtown district Saturday, Dec. 5, with holiday activities from 3 to 6 p.m. and a lighted parade later that evening.
The celebration is in its 41st year, according to a news release from the Yates County Chamber of Commerce. Plans include live entertainment, local shopping, food and visits with Santa.
The Lights on Wheels Parade will follow at 6:30 p.m., with illuminated tractors and other vehicles traveling along Main Street to close out the evening.
Keuka Housing Council is the presenting sponsor of StarShine.
