Angela “Angie” Bergan, 95, died Sept. 22, 2026, in Skaneateles, according to her obituary from Farrell’s Funeral Service.
A West High School graduate, she worked for many years at Red Star Express. She also spent winters in Naples, Florida, where she belonged to Royal Woods Country Club, and lived at The Athenaeum in Skaneateles during her final five years.
Her family remembered her involvement in her grandchildren’s weddings, graduations, concerts and games. Survivors include her four children, Kathleen, Suzanne, James and Lisa; six grandchildren; great-grandchildren; a sister; and extended family. Her husband of 60 years, John “Dutch” Bergan, predeceased her.
A funeral Mass was scheduled for Sept. 28 at Sacred Heart Church in Auburn, with entombment at St. Joseph’s Mausoleum. Memorial gifts may be made to The Laker Limo or The Athenaeum’s resident activities department.
