Valerie Ann Belangia (Webb), of Geneva, NY, age 67, died unexpectedly on October 24, 2026.
Valerie was born on June 12, 1959 in Geneva, NY. She will be remembered for the love of her family, her love for others, and being an amazing wife, mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, nurse and friend.
Valerie is predeceased by her grandparents, Salvatore and Evelyn Nappi; her mother, Camille Webb; her father, Joseph Webb; her uncle, Ronald Nappi, and the father of her children, Terrence Breslin.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Belangia; her children, Mark Breslin, Jacqueline Breslin, Carolyn Belangia, Kristen (Michael) Humphrey, and Marissa Belangia; her grandchildren, Zoe Spradlin, Ethan McLendon, Xander Krause, Maximus Krause, and several others; her siblings, Jeffery (Marnie) Joll, Kimberly Joll, Julie Joll, and Deanne Joll; as well as nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Valerie will be greatly missed and is in the arms of God now.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026 from 4P.M. to 7P.M. at DeVaney-Bennett Funeral Home, 181 N. Main St., Geneva, N.Y.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 10 am in St. Francis de Sales Church, 130 Exchange St., Geneva, N.Y. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneva.
