Property owners in three Richmond water districts can review their 2027 special assessment rolls before a Nov. 10 Town Board hearing.
The assessor has completed the rolls for the Shetler Road, Ashley/White Roads and East Lake Road water districts, according to a town notice.
Copies are available from the town clerk at Richmond Town Hall, 8690 Main St. in Honeoye.
The Town Board will hold the hearing at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, at Town Hall.
The notice invites owners to review whether their property is included in a district and whether a parcel is listed as vacant or improved. Owners can raise challenges at the hearing.
The notice cites Town Law Section 237 and Real Property Tax Law Section 504. It does not list proposed charges or assessment amounts.
