October 7, 2026 at age 85 years. Joyce was born on November 28, 1940 in Canandaigua, NY to the late Charles and Flora (Washburn) Mosher. In addition to her parents, Joyce was predeceased by her husband Ray Munger; sons, Jeff Frew and Mike Frew; and her sister Carolyn Carlson.
Survived by her sons; Richard Frew of Avon, Charles Frew of Avon, and James Frew of Florida; grandchildren, Brian (Tiffany) Frew, Justin Brisbane, Cassandra (Jeff) Fox, Caitlyn (Aaron) Slocum, and Thomas, Jennifer, and Jessica Brisbane; great-grandchildren, Landon, Lucas, Hank, Jase, Jaden, Hailey, Hunter, and Kathy. Also survived by 2 sisters and 3 brothers; daughters-in-law Robin Frew and Chris Kelly; nieces, nephews, and dear friends including neighbors and caregivers at the Conesus Lake Nursing Home in Livonia, NY.
Joyce was a loving wife and a wonderful mother and grandmother. She loved gardening, traveling, camping, picnics, and over the years taking her kids and grandchildren fishing! She was a great cook and enjoyed family dinners and all the holidays. Joyce was a very thoughtful and caring person.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 21 Big Tree Street, Livonia, NY 14487.
