Nursing students will offer free blood pressure screenings Nov. 11 during the community lunch at First United Methodist Church in Geneva.
The screenings will run from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the church, 340 S. Main St., according to an announcement from Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Event information is available on the Finger Lakes Health events page.
The screenings are open to people attending the community lunch and are held on the second Wednesday of each month.
The program gives students hands-on experience while helping lunch participants monitor their heart health, the college said.
