A Seneca Falls woman was arrested Saturday after police said she entered and remained at an apartment in violation of a stay-away order of protection.
Jessica Price, 41, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor, according to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department.
Police said the person who lived at the apartment was protected by an active class A order of protection against Price.
The department said this was Price’s third arrest in two months on accusations of violating an order of protection involving the same person.
Price was taken to the Centralized Arraignment Court at the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
