Penn Yan's Village Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting Friday, Nov. 20, for an audit exit conference with BST Gallagher Flynn.
The meeting is scheduled for 11 a.m. in Room 202 at Village Hall, 111 Elm St., according to the village's public notice.
The agenda also allows for village business as needed.
