Canandaigua police arrested Hannah Mason, 21, on a driving while intoxicated charge Oct. 12 after receiving a report of a sick or intoxicated driver at the city pier.
Officers found Mason on the pier and said she showed signs of intoxication, according to the department's Oct. 20 arrest blotter.
Police said she was released to a third party on an appearance ticket.
Mason is due in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
