New York experts warn AI is sharpening phishing scams

Cybersecurity experts warn that artificial intelligence is making scam messages harder to spot, according to Spectrum News 1.

Expert Steve Stasiukonis said small changes to web addresses can signal a fraudulent link.

He said attackers can tailor phishing emails using names and other public information.

Solvay Bank retail banking officer Amber Brown said staff education is part of the bank's defenses.
