A trooper responded to a residence on Wiley Road in the town of Savannah after a report of animal abuse.

Police said Ubiles became upset after the dog damaged a vehicle part.

Ubiles was taken into custody without incident and processed at the State Police barracks in Lyons before being transported to the Wayne County Jail for centralized arraignment.
