The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office will host a child car seat check during the 15th annual Cruise-In in Cayuta later this month.
The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, at 6150 state Route 13. The Cruise-In is hosted by Choice Auto Glass.
Parents and caregivers can bring their child safety seats to the event to make sure children are riding safely, according to the sheriff’s office.
The car seat check will take place alongside the annual automotive gathering. The sheriff’s office did not announce appointment requirements or additional participation details.
