The Town of Phelps is seeking contractors to demolish a property at 1878 Falkey Road and remove all debris from the site.
The town is accepting bids from qualified, licensed and insured contractors for the complete demolition project.
Bids must be submitted to the Phelps Town Clerk at Town Hall on Main Street by noon Oct. 9.
The bids are scheduled to be opened Oct. 13 at 6 p.m.
Bid forms and project specifications are available at Phelps Town Hall.
The town did not provide additional information in its bid notice about the condition of the property or why demolition is being pursued.
